What We Do
Founded in 2025, the Congruence Foundation operates as a registered non-profit organization in Poland, focused on:
- Scientific Research: Conducting cutting-edge research in technologies that support social development and improve quality of life
- Technology Development: Creating and implementing innovative technological solutions
- Education & Training: Providing educational programs in science, technology, and engineering
- Knowledge Sharing: Publishing research, organizing conferences, and facilitating workshops
- Community Support: Helping individuals excluded from or at risk of professional exclusion through technology training

Governance
The Foundation is managed by a single-member Board consisting of the President of the Board. Our activities are supervised by the President of the City of Poznań and the Minister responsible for Science and Higher Education.
