Letter from the President
Dear Friends and Supporters,
It is my privilege to present the Congruence Foundation’s first Annual Report, covering our inaugural period of operation from August to December 2025.
When I established the Foundation in August 2025, I envisioned an organization that would bridge the gap between technological advancement and human welfare. In just four months, we have laid the groundwork for this mission—establishing our legal framework, launching our digital presence, initiating research projects, and publishing our first comprehensive study on AI’s impact on employment.
This first year has been about building foundations: legal registration, infrastructure, and the systems that will support our work for years to come. While our financial resources are modest, our commitment to open knowledge and accessible technology remains unwavering.
I am grateful for this opportunity to serve society through technology, and I look forward to expanding our impact in 2026 and beyond.
Andrei Belashou
President of the Board & Founder
